This two-part webinar explores the broader topic of difference and diversity from a LGBTQI+ lens. These webinars focus on LGBTQI+ awareness in schools, aiming to create a supportive and affirming atmosphere for all students, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression.
These webinars include psychoeducation, personal stories and statistical insights from a developmental perspective including psycho neuro therapy approach outlining key influences of the LGBTIQ+ experience. Participants will gain valuable insights into the challenges faced by LGBTQI+ students, as well as practical strategies for creating safer and more inclusive school environments.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
- Define the differences between sexuality, gender, and sex, including queer identities
- Identify key contributors to mental health pressure points, including suicidality, for LGBTIQA+ school students (primary and secondary) in the school and at home
- Develop strategies to promote mental health, create a safe environment, and support the parent of LGBTIQA+ school students
- Develop a best practice approach to working with LGBTIQA+ school students
