Supervision is complex with varied participants and goals. Supervisory models can provide frameworks that guide the exchange between supervisor and supervisee.

Choosing appropriate models can help us to align our supervision with supervisee’s preferences, goals and theoretical approaches.

This course explores a wide range of models and how they relate to different social theories and approaches to supervision.

Who should register?This module was created for social service supervisors who want to learn more about or consolidate their knowledge in the theories and models relevant to supervision.
